Job Description & Responsibilities
Join our core consulting team at HEHE Manpower Singapore. Manage client recruitment mandates, conduct executive interviews, and handle MOM EP/S Pass COMPASS filings.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years recruitment agency experience in Singapore.
• CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM work pass rules, and Fair Consideration Framework.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and client management skills.
